Module 5: Managing
PLA-MNH groups
This module explores the four key responsibilities of PLA-MNH group managers: managing PLA-MNH group programmes, reporting on PLA-MNH group progress, linking PLA-MNH groups and building the capacities of PLA-MNH group supervisors.
You will learn eight knowledge and skill areas that supervisors need to deliver these responsibilities effectively: knowledge of maternal and newborn health, facilitation skills, knowledge of the PLA-MNH group action cycle, supervision knowledge and skills, management knowledge and skills, reporting skills, linking skills and capacity building skills.
